SHASHANK GUPTA
Shashank Gupta, the founder of Booch Beverages, has an exciting story. As a Chemical Engineering student at IIT Bombay, he spent all his time working on a concoction to help junta "chill" when shit happened. However, the faculty did not take too kindly to his innovations, forcing Shashank to abandon it. Fortunately for him, ITC and Unilever weren't bothered by his eccentricities. Shashank spent a decade with these companies researching, designing and selling soaps, creams, shampoos etc. while still hanging on to his pet dream of creating the ultimate "stress-buster". He flew around the globe for inspiration, particularly to Amsterdam and Bali. Upon returning from his travels, he quit his job and perfected the recipe for a non-alcoholic drink that could amazingly make anybody "chill" even when the proverbial shit hit the fan. Shashank had finally created a "stress-busting" beverage without alcohol.

DHEERAJ MAURYA
Dheeraj, the business head at Booch Beverages has an immensely diverse background. He has always had the entrepeurial Keeda, having run a startup of his own in the past. He is a passionate marketeer and innovator who has experience in the social enterprise as well as FMCG sectors.
In his spare time he loves riding his motorbike for long trips, mentoring students and juniors as well as contributing to rural social projects.

Meet Gautham R, our seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager with a lovely smile and a passion for consumers, targets and efficiency.
With a stellar track record spanning various industries including telecom and FMCG, Gautham brings a wealth of experience to the Booch team.
His great interpersonal skills have helped Booch secure placements in hard to crack channels, he has been instrumental in expanding the presence and extensive growth of Booch. Gautham also manages the overall distribution and logistics for Booch, ensuring seamless deliveries and inventory management. He is also passionate about consumers, ensuring quality and consumer concerns are always the highest priority within the company, acting as the consumer's voice.

Meet Harry Dsouza, the maestro of quality and production at Booch Beverage, where every sip of Booch tells a story of perfection. With a past steeped in the aromatic world of wafer and coffee manufacturing, Harry brings a blend of experience and innovation to the table. Despite being a last bencher, his brilliance shone through in academics, topping the charts and showcasing his multi-faceted talents both on and off the field. Armed with a master's degree in Food Science, Harry is not just crafting beverages; he's orchestrating a symphony of taste and flavour. Manufacturing Booch with a unique blend of yeast and bacteria requires a delicate balance of science and art. With his commitment and experience Harry has ensured consistent quality and safety standards in Booch manufacturing.

NIKHIL AVISHEK
Meet Nikhil Avishek, our Marketing lead whose career journey seems to have followed a broken GPS. From engineering to book rental ventures to call centre management to a brief stint in tech before finally finding his calling in marketing. Nikhil dove headfirst into free lance marketing, snagging clients with his savvy strategies. At the same time he became an expert in data science at IIT Madras. Armed with data and determination, Nikhil landed at Booch. Hold on tight, folks – it's going to be a wild ride! 🚀
